Privacy
Little data, plainly said.
This site sets no profiling cookies, runs no analytics and collects no data of its own. Below, in plain words, is what happens when you book a table or get in touch.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Misù Gourmet di Juliana Antunes Fernandes, VAT no. IT02552950509, Lungarno Antonio Pacinotti 10, 56126 Pisa, Italy. For any question write to misugourmetpisa@gmail.com.
Bookings on WhatsApp
The «Book» form sends nothing by itself: it composes a message with the date, time, party size, your name and any notes, and opens it in your WhatsApp app. The data leaves only when you press send there. We use it solely to handle your booking (pre-contractual steps at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and it stays in the chat for as long as needed to manage it. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, governed by its own privacy policy.
Phone and email
If you call or write to us, we use your contact details only to reply. We do not add them to any list and we do not share them with anyone.
Technical browsing data
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which, to run and protect it, logs technical data such as IP address and browser type for the time strictly necessary, and may set purely technical security cookies that require no consent. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Union's standard contractual clauses.
Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on the site itself: while you browse, no requests go to Google or other third-party services. The site keeps a single technical flag in your browser (sessionStorage) so the opening animation does not repeat within the same visit: it holds no personal data and clears itself when the tab is closed.
Links to other sites
Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp lead to third-party services: from there on, their privacy policies apply.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us for access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing and obtain its portability (arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to misugourmetpisa@gmail.com. If you believe something is wrong, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
